We aim to please!

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. 

Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm and check-out is from 8am to 11am. No early check-in or late check-out without prior approval. Additional charges of $20 per hour may apply.

Monthly rates are available November through March only.

No smoking or vaping indoors. If you or anyone with you chooses to smoke or vape inside the units, your credit card will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. 


Dogs under 20 pounds allowed in some units. Pets must be on leashes at all times and you must pick up after them.  Please note you are bringing a dog when making a reservation. 

Deposit of first night’s stay plus tax due at time of reservation booking. Refunds (minus $20 service fee) made up to 30 days prior to stay. No refunds of deposit for cancellations 30 to 2 days prior. Cancellations within 48 hours of stay will be charged entire stay. For groups using 5 or more rooms, cancellations of 2 or more rooms must be made 60 days prior. No bad weather refunds.​


Full payment is required at check-in and can be paid by cash, check ($30 NSF fee) or credit card.

Guests above the base rate per room are $10/night/guest. No more guests than capacity listed. Guests under 2 not included in total.


You are limited to two day guests per day per unit without prior permission. Day guests must check in at the office when they arrive. The day guest fee is $5 per person per visit. Day guests are any visitor not staying overnight.


A cleaning fee of up to $150 will be applied to units requiring excessive cleaning.
